Integrating Microsoft Teams
Devs.ai for Microsoft Teams lets people in your organization use Devs.ai from inside the Teams client. This is separate from connecting agents to Microsoft Teams data through the Microsoft Services MCP server, which only gives agents Graph API access to channels and messages.
📝 Preview Devs.ai for Microsoft Teams is in preview and available by request. Contact your account team or organization admin to have it enabled for your tenant before the steps below apply.
Before you start
- You need an organization role that can open Organization settings and Integrations (typically an admin).
- After preview is enabled for your organization, you install the Teams app from Devs.ai—follow the in-product prompts as the source of truth.
Install from organization settings
- In the left sidebar, open Organization > Integrations.
- Start the Microsoft Teams installation flow from the Integrations page.
- Complete Microsoft’s consent and installation steps for your tenant.
Installation uses tenant-aware routing: endpoints resolve the correct Devs.ai organization from your Microsoft tenant ID, so the right org is linked when users open the app in Teams.
