Branded Login Pages

Branded login pages let your organization present a white-labeled sign-in experience when users arrive through your tenant-specific URL. Instead of the default platform login, your users see a simplified, light-themed sign-in page that uses your organization's logos, fonts, colors, and custom welcome copy.

This keeps the login experience consistent with your own brand while still using the same underlying authentication flows for login, signup, password reset, SSO, and two-step verification.

note

Branded login pages are available on demand. Contact your platform administrator or account team to enable this feature for your organization.

What Your Users See

When a user visits your tenant login URL (e.g., https://your-company.devs.ai/login), they see a branded experience that includes:

  • Your organization's logo displayed in a simplified header.
  • Custom background and text colors matching your brand.
  • Custom headline and subheadline on the login page (e.g., "Welcome back to Acme" / "Sign in to continue").
  • Branded styling applied consistently across the login, signup, and password reset pages.

Users who visit the standard platform URL continue to see the default login experience — branding only applies to your tenant-specific URL.

Configuring Your Branded Login

Organization administrators configure branded login from the white-label settings screen.

  1. Go to Organization Settings.
  2. Navigate to the White Label settings section.
  3. Configure the following:
    • Logos — Upload both a dark and light version of your logo. The light logo is displayed on the branded login page.
    • Fonts — Choose brand fonts to apply to the login pages.
    • Button colors — Set primary and secondary button colors for the light theme.
    • Login screen background color — The background color for your branded login page.
    • Login screen text color — The color used for headings and supporting text.
    • Login headline — A custom headline displayed on the login page (e.g., "Welcome back to Acme").
    • Login subheadline — A secondary line of text below the headline (e.g., "Sign in to continue").
  4. Preview your changes directly in the settings UI before saving.
  5. Click Save to apply.

Verifying Your Branded Login

After saving your configuration, visit your tenant login URL to confirm:

  • The page uses your light logo in the header.
  • The background and text colors match your configured values.
  • The custom headline and subheadline appear on the login page.
  • The signup and password reset pages also reflect your brand styling.

Limitations

  • Custom copy is login-only — The custom headline and subheadline fields apply to the login page. The signup and password reset pages use branded styling but do not have their own custom copy fields.
  • Requires tenant URL — Branding only applies when users access your tenant-specific URL. The standard platform login is unaffected.
  • Light theme only — Branded login pages always render in light mode using your configured light-theme colors and logo.
